Preparation in photos | Shortcrust dough pricked with a fork (step 1). Fry the bacon which will be placed on the cheese. Arrange the cheese and bacon on the dough (step 4). In a salad bowl, whisk the eggs and cream (step 5). The eggs and cream that have been whipped (end of step 5). Pie before putting it in the oven (step 6). |
Remarks | For those who like a gratin version, place the grated Emmental cheese at the end on the mixture and not before on the bottom of the pie. Leave the baking paper in the mold: it will allow you to easily remove the pie after cooking to place it and cut it in another dish so as not to damage the mold. |
